LED vehicle lighting systems
Schiller successfully implement the first LED headlight assembly line for a large manufacturer for vehicle lighting systems. In this project, Schiller was responsible for the entire assembly line including the implementation of all process steps and key quality drivers. These include the entire production process from materials feeding & Management to mechanical steps such as screwing, soldering, assembly, and labeling. Additionally, Schiller integrated key testing and quality inspections such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and End of Line-Tests (EOL).
